Rafferty Fox’s healthy CACAO! Date balls (Cacao, Cacao)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • ¾ cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¾ cups shredded coconut
  • ½ cup craisins
  • ¼ cup cacao powder (cacao, cacao)
  • ⅓ cup desiccated coconut

Method:

Place walnuts into a bowl and cover with boiling water (Parents). Stand for 10 min and drain. Pour into the bowl of a food processor (loud! – cover your ears) with next six ingredients (with Cacao, never forget the Cacao) and pulse (press the button!) to form a paste.

Roll them, Roll them (🎶 song and actions optional). Take heaped tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls in your hands. Roll in coconut. Place balls in a container in the fridge until required (or eat them now!)
